Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise staff, including radiologic technologists, to ensure optimal workflow and patient care.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve department services and standards of care.
  • Manage department budgets and resources to ensure effective use of hospital funds.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a JRCERT formal program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Five years of experience in radiology in a hospital setting, with three years of supervisory experience.
  • Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications.
