Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital's interior floors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the housekeeping process to clean and maintain interior floors, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing.
  • Identify and address blemished floors to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by warmly greeting patients, visitors, and coworkers.
  • Contribute to an excellent hospital experience for patients and families.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in floor stripping preferred.
  • Understanding of floor cleaning supplies and safe practices.
