Job Title: Cannabis Trimmer

Job Description: Cannabis Trimmer Reports to: Trim Manager Pay Range: $18.50-$24.00

Work Schedule: Saturday-Monday 7 am-4 pm.

Job Summary: This role involves manually trimming marijuana plants using shears, scissors, and hands. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trim marijuana plants to maintain quality and meet daily quotas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all staging areas.
  • Regularly clean scissors using assigned cleaning materials.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge and background in trimming preferred.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
  • Must have CO MED Badge.
