Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Labor and Delivery RN to work with our clients in Carlsbad, NM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.
  • Provide and direct patient care for a group of patients.
  • Relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.
  • Provide clinical supervision for entry-level nurses and assist in their development.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Exhibits major team player qualities.
  • Willingness to assist others when needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others.
