Practice ModelGeneral GI and or Advanced Opportunity (will offer on the job training for ERCP's). Current call 1:5, which will go down to 1:6 with 6th Physician. Currently a 5 Physician Group with 3 NP's. NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call. Generous call pay. Total income in the top 5% of GI Practices Nationwide. Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years. 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant.
