Wellness Ambassador

At Restore Hyper Wellness, we're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellness Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our locations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our innovative wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and assist them with our wellness services
  • Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
  • Onboard new clients, complete medical waivers, and create profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Educate clients on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees
  • Serve as an expert on our products and services
  • Represent the brand by embodying our core values and acting in alignment with our mission and vision

Requirements:

  • Passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work weekends without issue
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Either hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
