Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in our operations, responsible for transporting delivery orders in a safe, compliant, and professional manner. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify orders for accuracy and perform quality control checks
  2. Route planning and manifest verification
  3. Secure and pack orders and change bags into vehicles
  4. Deliver orders to customers, handling transactions and paperwork
  5. Enforce safety regulations and policies
  6. Document incidents and provide initial information to HR
  7. Stay up-to-date on Arizona Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division policies and regulations
  8. Attend required meetings and participate in team activities
Requirements and Preferences
  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  2. Willingness to learn and grow with our company
  3. Flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
  4. Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
  5. Understanding of cannabis products and regulations
  6. Knowledge of state and federal laws related to cannabis
  7. Ability to secure Arizona Agent Card Registration
  8. Must be 21 years or older and pass an extensive background check
Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, and balancing up to 30 pounds, as well as prolonged standing, walking, and sitting. Moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to bright lights are also expected.
