At Modern Technology Solutions Inc., we're seeking a skilled Radar Engineer to contribute to our National Security and Defense mission. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in systems, subsystem, and component analysis for electromagnetic spectrum applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop radar, data, communications, and/or electronic warfare models, algorithms, and simulations.
Perform trade-space analysis to assess and verify system characteristics and capabilities.
Document software and hardware characteristics and changes to existing and new simulation environments; analyze complex electronic systems; experimental design and test execution; data collection; and report generation.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the use of modeling and simulation software development frameworks (TMAP, AFSIM).
Experience with at least one programming/software development language (MATLAB/Simulink, C, C++, Python).
Understanding of electromagnetic system functions and dynamics, and how to model them, such as antenna array or component modeling.
Motivated self-starter. Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, often with minimal guidance and within rigid timelines.
Ability to interact with data suppliers, work well with coworkers and interface with customers, all at disparate locations.
