About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Deli Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals in our professional kitchen
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide recommendations on fresh produce and meats
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and health regulations
  • Operate equipment such as slicers and wrapping machines
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have previous experience working in a grocery or restaurant environment
  • Be dependable and reliable, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Be able to lift and carry product weighing up to 70 lbs, and stand for up to 4 hours continuously
