Job Summary:

Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing daily operations, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient patient flow.
  • Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Champion productivity, while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction, adhering to the highest standards of care.
  • Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Play a key role in the selection, development, and support of our talented staff, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.
  • Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act, maintaining the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management or related field.
  • Bring 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
