Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents as directed by physicians and in compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing.
- Adhere to Infection Control policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
- Document residents' health status and changes as required.
- Assist in managing the inventory of medications and medical supplies to ensure adequate availability.
- Engage in educational initiatives for residents and their families regarding skin care during discharge.
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities and other assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- One year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
