Key Responsibilities:
  • Massage Services: Deliver a variety of massages to our members, including but not limited to the following: Chair Assisted, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Geriatric, Injury Assessment, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Stretching, Therapeutic, Swedish, and Trigger point Therapy.
  • Educator: Educate clients and promote recovery activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive client satisfaction through session attendance and delivery of effective massage therapy that drive positive reviews and referrals.
  • Goals & Alignment: Achieve a monthly Massage Therapy revenue goal established by management team.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness, and ensure all supplies are stocked, cleaned, and ready for each session.
Qualifications:
  • State licensure to be kept current and in good standing.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Massage Therapy skills are proficient and up to date.
  • Strong ability to manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting.
  • Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities, and goals.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team player.
  • Flexible schedule, days/nights, and weekends.
  • Attendance is reliable and dependable.
Preferred Requirements:
  • 1 year of paid Massage Therapy experience with references.
  • Previous sales experience.
