Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respiratory status.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families on post-intensive care recovery, medication management, and self-care techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to facilitate patient progress and optimize outcomes.


Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other certifications as required)
  • Two years of recent step-down experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
