**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Home Hardware Center. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

**Responsibilities**

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs
• Maintain stock, drive sales, run a cash register, and build sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain safety, security, and integrity in the store
• Work with and train new associates to become proficient at performing all store services

**Requirements**

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• High school education or equivalent is required
• Helpful customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
