- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alabama or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), and Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certifications required.
- At least 1 year experience as an Operating Room RN; ORT certification preferred.
