About the Role

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Automation Lead to join our team. As a QA Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy & design to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of test plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Design and maintain an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and defect-free solutions.
  • Develop and implement automation frameworks using Worksoft, Certify, Tosca, and QTP.
  • Work with DevOps tools like Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Analyze business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability.
  • Lead all aspects of delivery management, including software engineering process for multiple products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Knowledge and experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
  • Preferred experience in developing SAP test automation strategy and managing automation program.
  • Experience with automation tools like Worksoft, Certify, Tosca, and QTP.
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
