Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Velociti Services. As a key member of our frontline associates, you will provide commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations, focusing on standard custodial and janitorial tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules, taking direction and responding to supervision.
  • Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, including filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads.
  • Use proper personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment.
Key Accountabilities
  • Vacuuming and edging to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Dusting and cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms to ensure a hygienic and comfortable space.
  • Window cleaning and emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal areas.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve goals.
Qualifications
  • Understanding the importance of safety and complying with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Being a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
