Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to students in a school environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students, utilizing evidence-based practices and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs, goals, and learning styles.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, and communication skills, using a variety of techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals and develop effective communication strategies.
- Track and document student progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance to families on strategies to support communication development at home, promoting a collaborative approach to student success.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, with a strong understanding of educational environments and communication needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
