Mixologist

K1 Speed Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our indoor electric karting facility.

• Serve Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Verify Age Requirements: Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
• Manage Cash Handling: Balance bank drawers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Monitor Guest Well-being: Take steps to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking, such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and linen to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Take Orders: Take food and beverage orders from patrons at our restaurant, bar, and banquet rooms.
• Serve Beverages: Serve wine, beer, or mixed drinks to our guests.
• Setup and Teardown: Assist with the setup and teardown of bar, restaurant, and banquet rooms for group events.

• Proof of Identity: Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance and flexibility in scheduling.
• Weekend Availability: Be available to work weekends, as this is a requirement for this position.
