In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex data processing, predictive modeling, and risk analysis. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering quantitative processes, including data mining, and utilizing complex software to manage the MSR/Early Buyout (EBO) portfolio and servicing positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain quantitative processes, including data mining and predictive modeling
  • Utilize complex software to manage the MSR/EBO portfolio and servicing positions
  • Maintain and enhance existing financial models, including prepayment, mortgage rate, and delinquency models
  • Develop new models and algorithms as needed

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong background in C#, SQL Server, Excel, and Excel VBA
  • Experience with statistical analysis, including R or Python
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing complex data
