Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will provide direct support to our Hematology, Sarcoma, and Liquid tumor teams. Following an initial training and orientation period of 4-6 months, this position will enable the RN to work remotely 1-2 days each week.

The Registered Nurse's responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and overseeing quality management for a diverse outpatient population throughout the care continuum.
- Delivering skilled triage and assessment, education, and collaboration while coordinating healthcare and community resources.
- Assisting the care team in delivering patient care.
- Providing patient guidance and advice.
- Helping prioritize daily clinic operations.
- Offering direction to team members, including supervising the clinical competency of Medical Assistants.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.
- CPR certification required biannually.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong patient assessment capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Current knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
