Childcare Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respite Provider to join our team at Northwest Community Partners. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing support services for children and families in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing care and support to children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health issues, in their homes or within the community.
• Assisting parents/guardians in engaging in other activities while they take a break.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have some educational background or experience working with children with developmental disabilities (DD) and severe emotional disturbance (SED).

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
