Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic hospice team in Pueblo, Colorado. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide patient care as directed by the RN or Case Manager, actively participating in the development and implementation of the patient's Plan of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full range personal care through regular visits in patients' homes and institutions, in accordance with hospice standards and scope of practice as defined by regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, and exercise, as well as nutritional support for patients, respecting personal and professional boundaries.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the patient's Plan of Care, in compliance with established care plans.

  • Competitive Salary - Minimum hourly wage of $17.00, with Weekend Shift Differential.
  • Mileage reimbursement of 62.5 cents per mile.

This is a Part Time Position, requiring a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Must have a current and clear CNA license in the state of Colorado, at least 1 year experience as a CNA, and a clear and valid Colorado Driver's License. Salary Description: $17.00 per hour.
