Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Utilize the consultative sales process to build relationships with customers and identify their financial needs. Provide personalized solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services. Recommend appropriate solutions to customers using our value proposition.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers to set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Engage in outside sales activities, such as business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
  • Collaboration: Establish close working relationships with assigned business partners, referring customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals. Enhance year-over-year revenue growth as measured by the financial center P&L.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or work experience providing transferable skills or combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers. Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
Working Conditions

This role requires normal office environment and extended viewing of computer screens. Travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility is required. Travel outside of the affiliate for various classroom training sessions may be necessary.
