Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Rotate through different laboratory departments, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • ASCP (MLT/MT/MLS) certification or eligibility (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • Experience in the laboratory is preferred.
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Science.
