Assembly Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at EverStaff. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings and models to ensure precise assembly according to process plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and models to ensure precise assembly
- Apply rubber stamps (serialization) on parts as specified prior to final shipping
- Identify proper and improper fits, alignments, and conditions of components during assembly
- Seal bushings and apply paint sealant to all parts prior to honing
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain lot traceability throughout the assembly and disassembly processes
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace through adherence to 5-S/Housekeeping standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to identify non-conformances during assembly
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when required
- May be required to lift or move materials up to 50 pounds

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
