We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. As a Float Nurse - RN, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patient care and advance the practice of nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
- Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the goals of the hospital's mission and vision statement.
- Assess patient care needs and carry out physician orders.
- Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
- Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
