LPN Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  • Monitor, assess, record, and communicate health data regarding children experiencing medical or psychological issues to the RN and the clinical team.
  • Manage and replenish inventory of medications and medical supplies.
  • Provide basic first aid during emergencies.
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry tasks.

LPN Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted New York State LPN license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a practical nursing role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in childcare, medical assisting in high school settings, or residential care.
  • Preferred experience in psychiatric or pediatric nursing.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
