Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with React JS and Drupal as a CMS backend, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement frontend features and functionality using React JS, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work closely with backend Drupal developers and integrate frontend components with Drupal CMS backend.
  • Develop reusable UI components and libraries to enhance code efficiency and maintainability.
  • Optimize and enhance the performance and user experience of Drupal websites by implementing frontend best practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical input and guidance on frontend development matters.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and fix any frontend bugs or issues that may arise during the development or maintenance phase.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, including React JS and Drupal, and suggest improvements to the development process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, specifically working with React JS and Drupal as a CMS backend.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong understanding of React JS concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Drupal CMS, including familiarity with Drupal templating systems and theming concepts.
  • Experience working on the Acquia platform, including knowledge of Acquia Cloud and BLT.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React JS is must.
  • Understanding of backend Drupal development and knowledge of Drupal APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
