Position Overview


Associates collaborate with Partners throughout all stages of litigation, including claim investigations following significant losses, case assessments and reporting, discovery processes, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial presentations.

Attorneys are expected to possess strong litigation skills to represent insurers and their clients in personal injury, premises liability, and general liability cases.


Qualifications:
4+ years of litigation experience; insurance defense background preferred
Experience in taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, and engaging in settlement discussions
Capability to manage a substantial caseload in a dynamic environment
Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Required:

J.D. is mandatory
State Bar Admission
