Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements
