Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Clinical Services: Oversee the delivery of clinical services to patients in their homes, ensuring that care is provided in accordance with physician orders and applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Lead and develop a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and care is individualized to meet those needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all clinical services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Current RN Licensure: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Clinical Experience: At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on home health care.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and develop a team of clinicians.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
