Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients with unpredictable outcomes
- Direct the nursing care of unstable patients or those requiring complex care management
- Handle multiple demands and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating clinical problem-solving skills
- Assume unit leadership roles, including serving as Charge Nurse, committee leadership, and conducting unit orientation and education
- Direct and guide the use of resources for patient care
- Two years of experience in critical care nursing
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV Therapy Certification, Hemodynamics, and Mock Code Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- NJ State Nursing License and BLS certification
- Preferred: ACLS Certification, PALS Certification
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical skills, and basic computer skills
72 hours per pay period / 7P-7A Shift
