Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Truck Commander to join our team at Its Haul Good LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily junk removal routes, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team daily while completing designated junk removal routes
  • Safely remove unwanted furniture and items from clients' homes
  • Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
  • Load and unload items, often exceeding 100+ lbs, from trucks
  • Create an extraordinary client experience through outstanding customer service and attention to detail
  • Perform daily upkeep and procurement of equipment
  • Work with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant work environment
  • Occasionally perform hand-demolition of wood, metal, and other solid structures
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 100+ lbs
  • Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
  • Able to receive constructive feedback
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
