Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to collaborate within an Agile team. This role involves defining a comprehensive Quality Engineering (QE) Automation strategy and executing features. You will take full ownership of all QE deliverables and work closely with Product Management, Development teams, and Business stakeholders to ensure the highest quality features are released.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test automation for functional, services, end-to-end, and continuous testing across various use cases, including Web2.0 and Backend API services.
  • Adopt Agile methodologies and leverage cloud technologies such as AWS and Salesforce.
  • Utilize and enhance various automated testing platforms and frameworks to minimize defects, elevate quality, and expedite the delivery of superior software solutions.
  • Design and operationalize a quality engineering suite deployed on Amazon Web Services.
  • Create dashboards to report the outcomes of automated test executions (both current and historical) and maintain high efficiency and pass rates for automated test suites.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any discipline), or a related IT or Engineering field, along with a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in relevant positions.

Applicants should possess demonstrable expertise and experience in the following areas:

  1. Core Java and Quality Engineering Automation.
  2. Testing data-driven applications.
  3. SELENIUM Testing with proven automation experience using Page Object Model-based frameworks.
  4. CI/CD experience in AWS and associated technologies.
  5. REST API Testing with established automation experience using Rest Clients.
  6. RDBMS systems (SQL or Oracle).

Additional Information:

  • This position does not involve direct reports or management responsibilities.
  • No travel is required, and a work-from-home benefit is available; however, in-office presence is expected a minimum of three days a week.
