Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heber. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure the security of inventory and assets.
• Assist other departments in providing superior guest service.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
