Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. As a clinical content expert, you will play a crucial role in providing neuropsychological assessment and consultation services for children and adolescents with known or suspected neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement neuropsychological testing protocols for pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with neurological conditions
  • Train and mentor students, residents, and fellows on neuropsychological assessment and treatment
  • Contribute to research initiatives and academic programs related to pediatric neuropsychology
  • Participate in strategic planning and program development for the Pediatric Neurosciences Program
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology or related field
  • Current state licensure as required, or license-eligible
  • Expertise in working with infants, children, and adolescents
  • Post-doctoral training in Neuropsychology with specific experience in Pediatric Neuropsychology
  • Board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of clinical experience in neuropsychology with infants, children, and adolescents
  • Experience with value-based care delivery and integrated practice models
  • Documented evidence of interest and experience in generating research related to the practice and/or science of neuropsychology
