Master CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Master CNC Machinist to join our team at Auger Fabrications, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for producing high-quality precision parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

• Program and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture complex parts with precision and accuracy.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient production and maintain quality standards.
• Safely and effectively set up and operate CNC machinery, including installing and adjusting tools and attachments.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.

• 2+ years of experience as a CNC machinist, with Mazak programming experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in machining or related field a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming, setup, and operation, as well as knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience; competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
