About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a System and Application Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT user support through ticketing systems
  • Identify, resolve, and document hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure IT workstations, including hardware and software
  • Manage user access and authorization, including Active Directory
  • Monitor and update IT documentation and procedures
  • Manage software licenses and procure hardware and software
  • Conduct system introductions and trainings
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Office products
  • Expertise in client hardware and local applications
  • Knowledge of IT service management and process understanding
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
