Key Responsibilities:- Medication Management: Accurately distribute medications to residents within the required time frame, as prescribed by the resident's physician.
- Resident Care Planning: Participate in and facilitate resident care planning and shift records, ensuring that each resident receives personalized and effective care.
- Treatment Administration: Provide treatments as necessary to residents within the required time frame, as prescribed by the resident's physician.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident conditions, medication, and treatments, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, assign duties, and provide leadership to all nursing staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare staff, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to established standards of practice, scope of practice, federal and state regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
- Education and Certification: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current registration from the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all personnel, residents, families, and visitors.
