Job Title: Rooftop Lounge Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Rooftop Lounge Host/Hostess to join our team at Canopy Scottsdale Old Town Outrider. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and manage reservation systems and waitlists.
  • Seat guests and ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Manage reservations and communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area and assist in keeping the restaurant entrance, waiting area, and restrooms tidy.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work from 2pm - 11pm.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
