We are seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Tarzana Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the acute care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team, and participate in the development and implementation of plans to address these changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
