Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. The successful candidate will assist physicians in performing catheterization and interventional procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in performing catheterization and interventional procedures, maintaining a sterile field and monitoring hemodynamic data.
  • Perform X-ray duties, adhering to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct AM Quality Control, record patient information, and assist with patient and equipment care.
  • Monitor and report EKG and hemodynamic changes, computing hemodynamic studies and generating reports.
  • Assist with post-procedure duties, transfer, and transportation of patients, as well as room turnover and cleaning.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of Cath lab experience or graduation from a credentialed cardiovascular program.
  • Successful completion of the Cardiovascular Science Exam and the Cardiovascular Invasive Registry Exam.
  • Current CVT or RT(R) license, BLS Certification, and ACLS Certification.
  • Active RCIS Registration or RT(R) CI certification.


Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with call as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
