Focus Staff está buscando un Patólogo del Habla que viaje para proporcionar servicios de terapia del habla, que incluyen evaluación y tratamiento a pacientes pediátricos y adultos mayores según las condiciones diagnosticadas.

Asignación de Contrato – 13 Semanas (Temporal)
Turno: 5x8 Días

Los candidatos deben poseer una eficiencia fenomenal y atención al detalle, así como un sólido conocimiento de los procedimientos y la seguridad del paciente. Ser compasivo y sensible es un requisito para la profesión. El candidato ideal va un paso más allá al ser un pensador crítico y actuar rápidamente en situaciones de emergencia.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia comprobada como Patólogo del Habla
  • Graduado de un programa de maestría en Patología del Habla acreditado por la Junta de Normas Educativas o que cumpla con los requisitos de certificación de ASHA.
  • Debe poseer habilidades de toma de decisiones de manera independiente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con el personal, médicos, pacientes y familias.
Experiencia Laboral: Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Patólogo del Habla.

Responsabilidades:
  • Jugar un papel importante en ayudar a los pacientes a recuperarse y sentirse mejor consigo mismos al proporcionar terapia para maximizar las habilidades de habla, lenguaje, cognición y deglución.
  • Comunicar el progreso o problemas del paciente al supervisor y otros miembros del equipo; ayudar con la programación de pacientes y registrar cargos diarios en los registros de pacientes.
  • Documentar la atención al paciente de acuerdo con los requisitos regulatorios, de licencia, de pagadores y de acreditación.
  • Manejar las responsabilidades laborales de acuerdo con el Código de Conducta Empresarial de la Compañía, el Acuerdo de Cumplimiento Corporativo, los estándares profesionales apropiados y las leyes estatales/federales aplicables.
