Housekeeper Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clermont. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest and public areas of the hotel, adhering to franchise and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain corridors, elevators, guest areas, service areas, linen closets, and other public spaces.
  • Fill chemical dispensers for the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist Room Attendants with their duties.
  • Operate and maintain Housekeeping equipment, including carpet care and floor surface maintenance.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Stock linen closets and housekeeping carts for Room Attendants.
  • Perform laundry functions as needed.
  • Wear required uniforms and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Knowledge of Housekeeping equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
