Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice & Palliative Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network.

• Provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families in a collaborative team environment.
• Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Vermont Nursing Assistant license.
