Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including payroll management, PTO requests, calendar management, meeting coordination, and reporting. They will also assist with supply inventory, HR duties, and physical space management. Additionally, they will have a key role in special assignments and projects as assigned by the administrative manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. You must possess outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of faculty and staff are essential. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks is also required. 3-5 years of administrative support experience is desired.
