Position Overview

Join a dedicated team focused on transforming the lives of individuals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We are seeking a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work during evening hours, specifically from 4 PM to 8 PM, with a minimum availability of three days each week.

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will deliver therapy grounded in the principles of ABA to children with Autism and related developmental challenges in various environments, including home, clinic, and educational settings.

Your role will involve implementing behavior modification strategies through individualized therapy sessions, accurately collecting data using electronic methods, assisting in parent training, and collaborating with fellow team members to provide essential services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute tailored treatment plans designed by BCBAs
  • Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Assist BCBAs in training families on the implementation of treatment strategies
  • Engage in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, both full-time and part-time
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related discipline
  • At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations
  • Experience in ABA practices
