Job Summary:

To provide exceptional customer service and efficient beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be engaging, knowledgeable, and able to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Takes orders, mixes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Requests identification from patrons when legal age is questioned and identifies when guests need to be cut off.
Collects money for drinks served and processes payment according to established procedures.
Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies, and maintains knowledge of popular mixed drinks and their recipes.
Provides exceptional customer service, works safely, and follows all established safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
Prior bartender experience, preferably in front bars, is necessary.
Must obtain an ABC card prior to beginning employment and possess good communication skills.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed, and successfully pass a background check and receive a lottery license from the DE Lottery.

Work Environment:

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive motion. The ideal candidate will be able to meet these physical requirements and work safely in a pressurized environment.
