**Job Summary:** Mechanical Tradesperson
**Location:** Central Alabama, USA
**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a Mechanical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
**Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, and repair furniture items.
- Work with wood or wood substitute materials, gypsum board or fiber-cement board materials, concrete/rebar, etc.
- Utilize written work orders with or without sketches and/or blueprints to carry out work.
**Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance mechanics.
- Ability to perform heavy work, lifting 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work at heights and climb ladders.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
